Most of our maintenance services include:

- Yearly contracts with

  weekly services

- Mowing and trimming                  turf  areas

- Blade edging all concrete and     mulch beds

- Blow off walk and driveways

- Repair any sprinkler head if         damaged by our equipment         at no charge

- Shrub/hedge trimming                 including small trees and             palms we can reach from             the ground

- Weed control in plant beds          and concrete cracks

The maintenance services are performed for an approximate total of 36 (Bahia grass) or 42 (St. Augustine grass) weeks per year, weather permitting. The services will be performed weekly from approximately mid-March to the end of October. The services will be performed bi-weekly from approximately early November through mid-March, with a two week period of no services through the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The annual contract amount is made into 12 equal monthly payments. Statements are sent out on the 1st of the month via email or U.S. mail and are due by the 25th of that month. We accept personal checks and checks sent from your online bank.

Other services  are available at an extra cost as time allows. Advanced notice of the need for these services is required. Such projects may be sub-contracted out.
